Beginning in 2012, over the next 5 years, the number of students in School B in Town O, the only school that was available for children in Towns O and M and their immediate area, increased by 5 percent from the preceding year. In 2017, a newly established factory in Town M brought college graduates from Town O to Town M for employment. Also, Town O recorded a rise in population and the number of school age children from 2018 on, as new industries were set up there.
